Server Issue Update 11/2/2020
PinnedThis morning, we became aware of an issue affecting scheduled tasks within our online services, which includes TRM, appointment reminders, and calendar syncing. This issue started the evening of October 31st.
Issues affecting calendar syncing between HomeGauge calendars and your Google/Outlook calendar were resolved at 9:46am ET today. Calendar items that were not synced during November 1st and 2nd should be synced now. You may want to check your HomeGauge appointment calendar (https://www.homegauge.com/inspector/shgi/appointment/index.htmls).
If you had TRMs or appointment reminder emails scheduled to be sent on November 1st or November 2nd, you will need to contact anyone that should have received an email to remind them of the appointment or communicate other important information.
Our engineers are working diligently to resolve the issues, understand the cause, and take measures to prevent service interruptions in the future. Please watch this space for future updates.
